GP GasPack S.A. has new services available to our clients in the Gas Tre area. These new services are described as follows:
Scope of the ECS:
- Conceptual and basic design of amine and glycol plants
- Sensibility analysis to select the proper solvent.
- Pre-dimensioning of equipment, units and systems related with amine and glycol plants.
Front End Engineering Design (FEED)
This specification package will cover the minimum requirements for design, manufacture, inspection testing and commissioning of an amine based treating system.
The FEED package is used to solicit complete design proposals from the final VENDOR. The VENDOR shall be the Prime VENDOR, and shall be responsible for complete design, engineering, material procurement, manufacture, inspection and testing, delivery, shipment, installation guidance and post-sale service for supplied package, the co-ordination of process design, system design and for the satisfactory operation of the complete unit.
The FEED package will provide the basis of the final design and as an example shall include the following items:
- Introduction
- General
- Purpose
- Scope
- Technical requirements
- Codes and standards
- System description
- Equipment design – General specifications
- Piping
- Safety
- Instrumentation and control
- Electrical
- Skid
- Noise level
- Utilities available
- Inspection and Testing
- Performance Guarantee
Appendix A – Typical Process Flow Diagram for an amine based treating system including recommended instrumentation and control.
Appendix B – Process heat and material balance with process stream conditions.
Appendix C – Preliminary equipment design details and specifications for major equipment and vessels.
Additional design details may be included. It shall be the responsibility of the VENDOR to check that all aspects of the design, fabrication and testing are completed. VENDOR is to coordinate installation of the facility.
